The 12-3’s explained

12 is a master number. Master numbers come with great power. Unfortunately, they are really challenging to overcome when they are in one of the karmic areas. This energy is strong both in the positive and negative aspects. 12 is Libra energy. It’s about harmony, expansion, balance, expression, and sex. The sexual energy depends on where it is in your chart. If it’s in one of the karmic areas, you may have multiple partners or you are in a perpetual dry spell. 

You could be indecisive and constantly needing approval from others. You are trying to expand but something always gets in your way. Emotions and sexual desires tend to derail you also. You see beauty in everything. You give love to those who need it like a mother would. You love learning new things and if they work in your life, you can’t wait to share them with others. The body part is the gall bladder. That could mean some anger and judgment going on. Your goal is to bring into harmony physical, spiritual, and sexual.

3 is also master number and a double meaning number. Think of a double number as going from something to something. The 3 double number meaning is poverty to wealth. This could mean going from actual poverty to having money. Or you may have money, but your inner world is in a state of poverty. The road from poverty to wealth is all about healing your deep unworthiness. You may feel so unworthy, you don’t think you belong anywhere. This unworthiness is initially deep in your subconscious. So, it may manifest as racking up debt. Spending money is something that feels good and is driven by the unworthiness. Then you wake up with a whole bunch of debt and you’re not really sure how you got there. 

Mars is the planet for the 3 energy. The body part is the right ear. You may not want to hear what others have to say for fear of them triggering your unworthiness. 

When the 12 and 3 are together, you are never, ever satisfied. They both have a sexual aspect to them also. You can take a look at the 3-3 page for more on that.

If you have a 12-3 in your physical karma area, you will have to work to get through this. Always start with your physical karma. You won’t be able to get very far with the rest of your chart unless you work on this karma first. If you have this number in your physical goals area, this could be a career path. 

12-3 karma 

Really big fear of failure. You can’t find a balance between the physical and the spiritual. And when you want to expand, you feel like you are going to do it wrong. Shy, underachieving, and problems with excess. Your physical and spiritual world are really out of balance.

12-3 talents 

You love learning new things and sharing with others. If you come across something you like, there is no doubt in your mind you will be great at it. If you have a 12-3 in your physical talents and one of the goal areas, you may get bananas crazy over something, and it takes over. So, keep that in mind. You are always gaining knowledge. You share things with others using love. You are here to be a spiritual teacher.

12-3 goals 

You are here to gain as much knowledge as you can and share it with others. 

12-3 soul destiny

This means you are close to the end of an incarnation cycle. Probably the 2nd or 3rdto last. Your goal is to align the physical and the spiritual through the things you learn and discover. You need to expand as much as possible because your cells will remember all that you are doing for the next time. You have real urgency to finish things in this lifetime.

Support for the 12-3s

This one can be confusing. On one hand, you need to tackle massive expansion and on the other hand you need to slow down and stop doing so much.

Constantly doing something is the hallmark of the 12-3. The 12 is about lifetime learning and expanding. The 3 can manifest as constant doing because you feel unworthy. You need to sit with yourself (especially when you feel a compulsion to “do” something) and figure out if it’s coming from a need to expand or it’s the unworthiness driving it. 

Healing that unworthiness inside of you must happen. You can read the 3-3 page for more on that. 

Learning to see and feel the right thing to do. Instead of doing everything just for the sake of doing something, learn to listen to what your spirit is guiding you toward. Meditate and keep a diary or journal to help you notice which is which. Find out what keeps you from just resting and having fun. Some of us (me included) can’t rest and even when you are having fun, you are thinking about stuff you need to do. 

Healing from blockages that can cause anger, judgement, and sexual blockages. A gall bladder or liver cleanse is good. Any sort of release like exercise. Especially kickboxing or martial arts. Sexually, you may be out of balance or have a blockage. Therapy may be helpful in figuring out what that blockage is. The goal is a healthy and balanced sex life.
