The 16 is Capricorn energy.  While other numbers are very spiritual in their energy, this number is all about the physical on this earth. You may be reliable, grounding to others, and committed to your goals. You are not a service soul. This number is about your soul wanting to actively take on issues that will force you to work through karma.  It is a heavy responsibility.  There will be intense karmic situations with other people. 

The 7 is a master number. Master numbers come with great power either positive or negative. Unfortunately, they are really challenging to overcome when they are in one of the karmic areas.  

Think of the 7s as a Gemini in astrology.  Gemini is ruled by Mercury.  It's adaptable, intellectual, and represents speech.  It can also be critical and only able to understand what can be explained intellectually.  Mercury is good on it's own but changes it's personality if it is around other planets. And that happens frequently because it is a fast moving planet.
